Ashlee Vitela, BSHA

Ashlee has recently joined the Red River Hospital Leadership Team as the Director of Risk Management. Ashlee’s background is extensive in behavioral health, having worked 13 years at the NTSH, as a Program Director for a group home facility, and recently the Area Director of Operations for an IDD group home facility. Ashlee has her Bachelors of Science Degree in Health Administration. Her experience ranges throughout different department such as administration, nursing, finance, and risk management. She’s an expert in state and federal compliance and has patient safety as her number one priority. She is married to her wonderful husband, Sammy, and has three children. She is also very active in her church.
