Tasha Pollard, Ph.D

Dr. Tasha Pollard is a Senior HR professional with experience in shaping high-performing cultures in both public and private industries. Dr. Pollard recently earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership/Human Resource Management from Capella University. She is a Texas native, born in San Antonio with five siblings. She is the proud mother of a son and three grandchildren, and with her recent marriage to a fantastic husband, she was blessed with three additional bonus children and five bonus grandchildren. Dr. Pollard enjoys community involvement, traveling, dance and sports. Her interest include writing and she is striving to become fluent in speaking Spanish.
